This supplement provides a comprehensive blend of vegetarian enzymes active in a broad pH range to aid in food digestion.Protease breaks down protein, Amylase breaks down starch, Lipase breaks down fat, Cellulase breaks down fiber and Lactase breaks down lactose (milk sugar).
