This is the best product that I have ever put into my body! I was depressed and feeling sad for no apparent reason and I read in Suzanne Sommers book that one of her doctors recommended Lithium for low grade depression so I thought what the heck and tried it. Amazing results! Fast too! This product and balancing my hormones with bio-identical hormones has given me back my vitality. I love this product!
