Adults dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.

I had gallbladder surgery just days before my mamoplasty and my surgeon had given me this for my bruising, its the best stuff ever my bruises which normally take forever to go away were gone in a flash and this was from surgical bruising not just everyday brusing so you can imagine how well it must work!
