Chinese Red-Shiu Chu contains high quality roots, which comprise Imperial Elixir’s Chinese Red Ginseng, are imported from farmers in the Chang Bai Shan Mountains, which border China and North Korea. Chinese Red Ginseng is considered to be "yang" (warming) and thus generally recommended for "yin" situations, such as weakness due to illness or injury, lack of strength or stamina, coolness, poor circulation, vegetarian diet, sluggishness, and for improved athletic performance.
