 Suggested Use
Biotec recommends taking 4 caplets in the morning and 4 caplets in the evening followed by 12oz. of warm water with each dosage.This amount may be varied according to individual diet and digestive needs to achive the best results. We recommend that you take 2 additional capsules between each meal to continue the process of protein breakdown. Water is important to the elimination of food wastes and to improve intestinal function. Be sure to drink at least 8 glasses per day.
