Source Naturals Life Flora Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, and two complimentary forms of bifidus. "Friendly" microflora support colon health by altering the intestinal ecology to favor "friendly" flora. Acidophilus also manufactures some B-vitamins, especially folic acid.
