Smooth Move provides gentle, overnight relief from occasional constipation. Senna leaf promotes bowel movement by direct action on the intestine. A single serving provides an effective dose of sennosides from senna leaf, which have proven stimulant laxative action and are generally recognized as safe and effective by the U.S. FDA. We include additional digestive support with fennel, orange peel, cinnamon, coriander and ginger to ease discomfort and reduce cramping.

Active Ingredient: 20mg. Sennosides A & B per cup from senna leaf. Other herbal ingredients: Licorice root, fennel seed, orange peel, cinnamon bark, coriander seed, ginger rhizome, natural orange flavor.

Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over one tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Adults and children over 12 years: Drink 1 cup before bedtime. If necessary, repeat the next day not to exceed 4 cups in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: Drink 1/2 cup before bedtime. If necessary, repeat the next day not to exceed 2 cups in 24 hours. Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor before use.

As with any drug if you are pregnant or nursing a baby seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week, unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative product may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor. In case of accidental overdose seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children.
