Use only as directed. Take one capsule up to twice daily with a meal or glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Contraindicated in existing liver and kidney disorders and in chronic inflammation of the prostate gland; not recommended for long term use; may potentiate pharmaceutical MAO inhibitors.
