The mature mushrooms have been carefully hand harvested in Nepal at 12,000 feet by biologist Malcolm Clark, who also directly propagates the mycelium in California. This unique dedication to procuring accurate and viable material is further honored by our own, in house, certified organic facilities to assure the maximum retention of medicinal constituents. This exclusive attention to detail provides the quality control necessary to deliver consistent activity. We refuse to subject our freeze-dried mycelia to unnecessary heat sterilization, which is often a common practice.
