Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied at the
rate of 9.75% of merchandise value (before discounts) on orders
shipped within State of California.

Order Processing and Order Shipping
Time:
Please allow 2-5 business days for order to be processed. If an
ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier,
we will let you know through email or telephone within five days of
your order. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be
cancelled automatically. Orders shipped via USPS/UPS are delivered
Monday through Friday only.
Back Orders:
While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back
orders do occur. Back orders will not be filled, and must be
reordered. We will charge your account against filled items only.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order through Email at
support@nutrovita.com but before we
start processing it. Maximum time cycle between your order placement
and our processing may be 24 hours.
Your cancelled order amount refund in 10 - 15 days after
cancellation.
Order Return Policy:
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for
refund.

No question will be asked, Guaranteed Return but we need a
copy of Invoice.

Stamped amount on the return envelope will be reimbursed by the
return cheque.

There may be a problem if you send us an e-mail, and do not hear
back from us either through an automatic confirmation of placing
your order, nor receiving a tracking number. If this happens, then
there is a good possibility that there may be a problem with your
email address. We have received many email messages that we reply
to, but - for some reason, the message cannot make it through. We
have no other way to contact you, nor do we know that our reply has
not reached you. Therefore, please make sure your email delivery is
working properly and that you have given us a correct email address
prior to complaints.
